ITINERARY
DAY 1: HANOI – TUAN CHAU MARINA – HA LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY
• 08:00 – 08:30: The Mila Grand Cruise limousine picks up guests at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, starting the journey to MILA GRAND Private Lounge (optional).
• 11:30 Arrive at MILA GRAND Private Lounge – Lot 20, Tuan Chau Marina – Ha Long to enjoy a welcome drink and complete quick check-in procedures before boarding.
• 12:15 Transfer by tender boat to MILA GRAND Cruises to welcome guests on board and enjoy a welcome drink while the Cruise Manager introduces the itinerary, activities, and safety regulations on board as the ship begins the journey to explore Lan Ha Bay.
• 13:00 The cruise departs to explore Lan Ha Bay, where guests enjoy lunch with special Vietnamese culinary flavors while relaxing and staying away from the crowds of familiar tourist routes.
• 15:30 Guests arrive at Dark & Bright Cave – one of the most beautiful attractions in Lan Ha Bay, famous for its pristine and peaceful beauty. You can explore the area by bamboo boat rowed by local people or by kayaking. Afterward, guests can swim in the cool emerald water around the cruise area.
• 17:30 Return to the cruise to enjoy the sunset over the bay with an attractive “Happy Hour” program. You can also join the chef to learn how to make traditional spring rolls.
• 19:00 If weather permits guests enjoy dinner on the sundeck or at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. This is an opportunity to experience dishes prepared from premium fresh ingredients with a unique fusion style combining traditional Vietnamese culinary essence with modern creative touches.
**After dinner, guests are free to choose from recreational squid fishing, relaxing with spa services (surcharge applies), or resting.
DAY 2: CYCLING AT VIET HAI VILLAGE – KAYAKING AT BA TRAI DAO BEACH AND SWIMMING
• 06:00 Welcome the first dawn of the day on the sundeck and warm up your body with a Tai Chi session, or enjoy a relaxing time in your room.
• 07:00 Breakfast is served at the restaurant.
• 08:00 Board the day boat and begin the journey to Viet Hai fishing village.
• 09:30 Arrive at Viet Hai local pier, where guests cycle for about 30 minutes on a concrete road along a peaceful lagoon, then go up a small slope before descending through a tunnel cave. An exciting journey through the green forest road will take you to Viet Hai – a small village nestled between the forest and limestone mountains.
• 12:30 Have lunch in the village or on the boat.
• 15:00 The cruise arrives at Ba Trai Dao beach, where the seawater is very clear, and you can see the bottom on sunny days. This is also a safe and ideal place for swimming and kayaking.
• 16:00 Return to the main boat and rest until dinner.
DAY 3: LAN HA BAY – HA LONG BAY – TUAN CHAU MARINA
• 06:00 Welcome the new day on the sundeck with a Tai Chi session. Enjoy the fresh air on the bay while relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee.
• 06:45 Enjoy a light breakfast served on board to recharge energy for the whole new day.
• 07:30 Guests join the journey to explore Cat Ba World Biosphere Reserve. Travel about 30 minutes from Gia Luan to Trung Trang Cave – one of the most impressive caves on Cat Ba Island, Vietnam.
• 09:40 Lunch is served at the restaurant while the ship travels back to the marina.
• 11:00 Complete check-out procedures and say goodbye to the crew. Guests are transferred back to Tuan Chau Marina by tender boat.

- 01 child under 5 years old sharing bed with parents: Free of charge.
- 01 child from 5 to 10 years old sharing bed with parents: 75% of the adult’s rate.
- Children from 11 and above: Full charged as adult.
- 02 children under 5 years old sharing bed with parents: 01 child stays free of charge, while the other child incurs a 50% charge based on the adult rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
- 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
- From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
- No show: 100% of total rate.
- Cruise cancelled by bad weather or any force majeure case: Free of charge.
- Unexpected reasons to be negotiation.
