Since September 2nd, 2018, the new highway Hai Phong – Halong has been officially launched, shortening the travel time between Hanoi to Halong Bay to only 2.5 hours. This shorter transferring time enables passengers to enjoy the natural beauty on the way without having to worry about getting tired of traveling a long distance and get ready for an exciting cruising day ahead.

Note:
For pick-ups/drop-offs outside Hanoi Old Quarter, a surcharge of US$ 5 – 10/person will be applied.
For larger cars like 29, 35, or 45-seat cars, we will offer the price if requested.
Getting from Hanoi to Halong Bay
Most guests travel from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina in Halong Bay on the morning of departure. The journey takes about 2.5 hours on the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Halong highway, with a short rest stop on the way.
Milalux Cruises shuttle
Our luxury shuttle picks you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter between about 07:45 and 08:45 (please be ready 10 minutes early) and arrives at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:00, where you check in at the waiting lounge before boarding.
