1. PRICE POLICY

Cruise prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Our prices for cruises are generally per person.

01 child under 5 years old sharing bed with parents: Free of charge.
01 child from 5 to 10 years old sharing bed with parents: 75% of the adult’s rate.
Children from 11 and above: Full charged as adult.
02 children under 5 years old sharing bed with parents: 01 child stays free of charge, while the other child incurs a 50% charge based on the adult rate.

We offer pick-up from any hotel located in Hanoi Old Quarter area, Hoan Kiem district and the pick-up time is approximately 8:00 to 8:30 AM on the cruise start date. Guests from outside of these areas will need to contact us for further instructions.
In case you prefer getting to Halong Bay on your own or staying there, please arrive at Mila Cruises Lounge – No.20 Tuan Chau Marina no later than 12:00 on the cruise start date.

Mila Cruises operate a fleet of shuttle transfers daily between Hanoi and Halong Bay. This journey takes about 2 hours each way via new highway. Both of our Limousine Bus 16-seat shuttle and 34-seat shuttle bus are equipped with onboard Wi-Fi, USB charger and air-conditioning. Round-trip Hanoi – Halong Bay transfer is available at extra charge unless specified as inclusive.
After the cruise trip, you arrive back in Hanoi around 15:00. If your flight is scheduled on this same date, you can book private car option for direct transfer to the airport.
Pick up or drop off at the Hanoi airport, please contact us for further information.
Private car transfer is also availability with surcharge.

The weather conditions, tide levels at sea may force changes in itinerary and schedule at any time.
Kayaking and swimming excursions, in particular, may be canceled due to rough weather.
Please inform us in advance about any specific food preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies.
The client is requested to submit all personal details at least 24 hours prior to check-in that’s including: Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date, Contact number.
Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area, but internet connectivity is limited due to the geography of Halong Bay.
